Having obtained his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University (Southern Polytechnic State University) and his Master of Historic Preservation at the University of Georgia, Adam Martin has managed several legacy projects throughout the State of Georgia, including work at the Georgia World Congress Center, multiple new campus builds for the Technical College System of Georgia, and several projects for the University System of Georgia. He is extremely proficient at fostering a cooperative team to meet the Owner’s objectives on the projects he manages. With his extensive experience in procurement methodologies and best practices in ensuring successful projects, he is a reliable resource, both internally and externally. He is equipped to handle any project, from a new building on undeveloped land, to a complex transportation/streetscape project requiring extensive coordination, to a meticulous historic renovation project.
