This $3.3 million project consisted of renovating and repurposing a 45,000 square foot building for Dunwoody’s City Hall and Police Headquarters. Spaces in the program included offices, general government services, Council Chambers, a municipal court, holding cells and sally port. This renovated space allows the City to serve residents and businesses in Dunwoody from a more centralized location.
