Our Lady of the Assumption (OLA) Catholic Parish grew over 75% since 2010 from 900 families to over 1,600 families due in part to a new Church being built in 2005. With this, the Parish’s Catholic School’s enrollment demands increased as well, requiring the School to increase the number of students that could attend from 500 to 600. The project included expansion of 20,000 square feet and renovation of 30,000 square feet of the existing School. The spaces that were added consisted of new state of the art STEM labs, classrooms and new commercial kitchen/dining room to serve the 600 student lunches daily. A new Rectory for six priests was required as well as renovation of the existing Rectory space to be utilized for Church offices.
