CPS was the construction manager for the Atlanta Airlines Terminal Corporation/Department of Aviation for the Concourse E Central Plant Expansion Project.  The central plant’s capacity and controls were expanded to support the planned construction on the airport new International Concourse.  The project installed (3) 1,450 ton electric chillers and associated pumping systems and nearly doubled the existing 15,000gpm Cooling Tower by adding two additional 6,750gpm cooling tower cells.  In addition to the equipment upgrades, the project retrofitted the central plant controls and CPS managed the final System Commissioning.
