Comprehensive Program Services (CPS) provided construction oversight for the Cobb County Superior courtrooms, with 10 completed in the initial phase. The new Superior Courthouse is linked via a pedestrian bridge to the previously existing court service building. Additionally, there is a lower level holding facility dedicated to the secure confinement of 180 inmates, delivered to the courtrooms via 4 secure elevators.

CPS’s management of the project ensured that the courthouse met the operational requirements, specifications and budgeted expectations of the County. CPS conducted a project Value Analysis and recommendations of cost savings, and provided on-site representation, construction schedule monitoring and reporting for the duration of the project.
