Jacob holds degrees from both the University of Alabama and Auburn University! He also served as a Manager on the University of Alabama football team. His time working with Coach Saban and the rest of the coaching staff has prepared him well in hard work, leadership, and an understanding of processes and the role they play in developing successful organizations. Jacob previously served as a Project Engineer and has experience in the details of how buildings and structures come together. One of his main responsibilities was leading skin coordination of the various trades on the projects with which he was involved.
