Yuanivel brings more than 15 years of experience in estimating, construction, and capital project management. Her career began in estimating, giving her a strong technical foundation in cost, scope, constructability, and the practical considerations that shape project delivery. Combined with her background in civil engineering and construction management, that experience allows her to guide complex healthcare, education, and public infrastructure projects from early planning through construction and closeout.

Having worked on both the construction and Owner sides of project delivery, Yuanivel understands the responsibilities, pressures, and priorities each party brings to a project. She uses that perspective to anticipate challenges, facilitate productive conversations, and develop solutions that are technically sound and responsive to the Owner’s needs.
