Sean brings more than 20 years of construction industry experience spanning project management, construction management, estimating, field supervision, and Owner representation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University and has managed projects across healthcare, aviation, utilities, corporate facilities, and workplace environments.

Having worked for Owners, Owner’s Representatives, and General Contractors, Sean understands project delivery from each party’s perspective. His experience ranges from bidding, subcontractor procurement, and field coordination to budgeting, change management, stakeholder reporting, and project closeout. That breadth allows him to anticipate how decisions will affect both execution in the field and the Owner’s larger operational objectives. Sean brings a balanced, practical approach to project leadership, helping teams identify issues early, maintain accountability, and make informed decisions that protect cost, schedule, quality, and the Owner’s interests.
