Scott brings deep experience in construction management, with particular strength in aviation facilities, infrastructure, and operations and maintenance programs. A graduate of Georgia Southern University, he has supported numerous complex projects at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, including infrastructure improvements, operational enhancements, facility modernization, and concessions programs.

As Director of Construction, Scott provides practical leadership across planning, procurement, construction, and closeout, helping project teams anticipate field conditions and resolve issues before they affect delivery. His understanding of construction processes, technical requirements, airport operations, and regulatory considerations allows him to coordinate effectively among Owners, designers, contractors, and facility stakeholders. Scott’s proactive, hands-on approach helps control risk and cost while keeping work aligned with operational requirements, schedule commitments, and the Owner’s expectations for quality.
