Kelly Register, RN, BSN, is a Senior Program Manager with more than a decade of experience guiding complex capital projects in healthcare and education, from early planning through implementation and activation. Her background in pediatric emergency and critical care nursing gives her an operational perspective few project leaders bring, along with a clear understanding of how people, processes, and the built environment support an organization’s mission. Kelly partners closely with executive leaders, end users, designers, contractors, and project teams to bring clarity to complex initiatives and keep priorities aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

She has supported more than $800 million in healthcare capital projects, spanning planning, design, construction, transition, operational readiness, and go-live. That experience helps clients anticipate challenges, navigate critical decisions, and prepare for successful operations well before a project is complete.
