Jacob combines hands-on construction experience with a strong foundation in leadership, coordination, and process-driven problem-solving. He holds degrees from the University of Alabama and Auburn University. His experience with the University of Alabama football program helped shape a disciplined approach to teamwork, preparation, and accountability in high-pressure environments.

Before joining CPS, Jacob worked as a Project Engineer, gaining practical experience in construction coordination, trade sequencing, document control, and the technical requirements of delivering complex facilities. At CPS, he applies that field-informed perspective to help Owners, designers, and contractors communicate effectively and resolve issues before they affect project delivery. His organized and collaborative approach helps teams maintain momentum while remaining focused on budget, schedule, quality, and the Owner’s priorities.
