The Humanities Building Renovation and Infrastructure Project at the University of West Georgia transformed a 78,000 SF, $34 million outdated facility into a modern, student-centered academic environment, including a new central energy plant serving 268,000 GSF across the Academic Quad. The renovated facility features flexible active learning classrooms, collaborative student spaces, faculty offices, technology integration, and specialized music and art studios designed to support evolving academic needs. CPS provided comprehensive program management services, coordinating with university leadership, faculty, facilities staff, and the Board of Regents to align programming, design, and delivery goals. The revitalized Humanities Building enhances student engagement, faculty collaboration, and campus experience while serving as a model for transforming aging facilities into future-ready academic spaces.
