Superior Courthouse

The Cobb County Superior Courthouse Courtroom Expansion project is a major justice infrastructure improvement delivered through CPS construction oversight to support the County’s growing judicial needs. The project included 10 new Superior Courtrooms, a pedestrian bridge connecting to the existing court services building, and a secure lower-level holding facility designed to accommodate 180 inmates with dedicated access through four secure elevators. CPS provided on-site representation, schedule monitoring, reporting, value analysis, and construction coordination to align project requirements, budget expectations, and operational needs. The completed improvements enhance courthouse functionality, security, and efficiency while supporting the County’s ability to deliver critical judicial services.
