Public Safety & Municipal Court Complex

The City of Newnan Public Safety Facility is a 41,000 SF, $9.8 million civic facility delivered through CPS program management services to support the City’s Police Department and Municipal Court operations. The facility features a 160-person courtroom, state-of-the-art dispatch center, evidence laboratory, high-density evidence storage, multipurpose training rooms, fitness center, holding cells, and interview rooms. CPS coordinated with City leadership, project partners, and stakeholders to align public safety needs, operational requirements, and successful project delivery. The new facility enhances Newnan’s ability to serve its community by providing a modern, efficient, and secure environment for critical public services.
