The HOP (House of Pickleball)

The City of Newnan’s HOP is a signature recreational destination delivered through CPS program management to support active living, community wellness, and inclusive programming. Phase I features dedicated outdoor pickleball courts, spectator seating, shaded gathering areas, sports lighting, parking, and a restroom and concession facility designed to support daily play, leagues, and tournament events. CPS coordinated with the City, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals, budget, schedule, and operational needs while guiding the project from planning through completion. The HOP strengthens Newnan’s recreational offerings, fosters community connection, and serves as a regional destination that supports quality of life, tourism, and economic activity.
