The Concourse B Consolidated Delta Sky Club at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport created a flagship lounge experience within Delta’s largest hub. The project combined two smaller lounges into a modern 500+ guest facility designed to enhance the passenger experience and support airport operations. Delivered within an active concourse environment, the project required coordination with airport operations, security, and ongoing terminal activity. CPS provided program management services to help guide the successful delivery of this complex aviation hospitality project supporting Delta’s continued investment in the passenger experience.
