Fayetteville’s new City Hall is a two-story, 34,000 sf facility located on the site of the former Fayette County School System’s Central Office. The project includes an 8-acre park with a pond, picnic pavilion, concrete stream, splash pad, and dog park.

Additionally, the children’s playground includes a rock-climbing wall, log scramble, swings, and a tot lot.

The project was coordinated closely with a separate private project to renovate the old bus barn and gym on the property.
