Brook Run Park Expansion

CPS has provided program management services for multiple improvements at Brook Run Park, helping the City of Dunwoody enhance one of the region’s largest and most active public parks. The 110-acre park serves as a central community destination, supporting recreation, athletics, events, and everyday use. CPS’s work has included support for the baseball field expansion and subsequent park enhancements, including an amphitheater, Great Lawn, event pavilion, multi-sport fields, open play areas, restroom facilities, parking improvements, and upgraded access. These projects expanded the park’s ability to serve residents, host community events, and provide flexible spaces for recreation and connection. Through its ongoing partnership with the City, CPS has helped deliver improvements that strengthen community engagement and reinforce Brook Run Park as a lasting civic asset.
