Biology Building Renovation

The Biology Building Renovation at the University of West Georgia transformed and expanded an existing facility into an 88,000 SF instructional and research building while maintaining occupancy through phased construction. The project features modern teaching and research laboratories, Problem-Based Learning classrooms, improved energy efficiency, and a refreshed building entrance and façade. CPS provided comprehensive program management services, coordinating phased construction and stakeholder needs to minimize disruption while delivering a modern academic environment. The renovated facility extends the building’s useful life, enhances science education, and provides flexible learning spaces that support the university’s long-term academic mission.
