Adult Detention Center and Law Enforcement Center

The Paulding County Adult Detention and Law Enforcement Center is a 250,000 SF public safety facility delivered through CPS program management services to provide a modern, secure environment for detention and law enforcement operations. The complex includes a 660-bed detention facility, Sheriff’s Office Administration building, intake and support areas, medical and mental health spaces, inmate workforce dorms, and advanced security systems and detention infrastructure. CPS coordinated with County leadership, project partners, and stakeholders to align operational requirements, security needs, and successful project delivery. The completed facility enhances public safety operations, improves efficiency between detention and court services, and provides a long-term solution to serve Paulding County’s growing needs.
