Brookhaven City Centre

The Brookhaven City Centre is a 58,250 SF civic facility (96,350 SF gross area) delivered by CPS to serve as the community’s civic heart and central gathering place. The landmark building features administrative offices, public meeting rooms, a multi-purpose event hall, catering kitchen, coffee shop, gift shop, rooftop garden, and flexible community spaces designed to encourage civic engagement. CPS provided comprehensive program management services, coordinating with city leadership and project partners to deliver a transparent, accessible, and sustainable facility that achieved LEED Gold and WELL certifications. The City Centre strengthens Brookhaven’s civic identity by providing a vibrant, walkable destination that supports community connection, public programming, and long-term quality of life.
