Kurt brings experience in STEM education, military service, operations leadership, and project management. As a former educator, U.S. Naval Officer, and operations leader, he approaches projects with a combination of analytical thinking, disciplined execution, and clear communication.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and former NCAA Division I baseball player, Kurt understands how preparation, teamwork, and accountability contribute to successful performance. Before joining CPS, he oversaw operations for a large residential developer, gaining practical knowledge of construction requirements, organizational systems, and team leadership. At CPS, Kurt applies that experience to coordinate project activities, improve visibility through technology, and keep stakeholders aligned around the Owner’s priorities.
