Joseph brings experience in finance, real estate, business development, and construction management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of Alabama, providing a strong foundation in financial analysis, market considerations, and strategic decision-making.

Before joining CPS, Joseph worked as a Business Development Analyst supporting client relationships and market strategy and later as a Project Superintendent overseeing daily construction operations and field coordination. His combined business and field experience helps him understand both the financial considerations behind a project and the practical requirements of construction execution. At CPS, Joseph supports planning, documentation, coordination, and issue resolution while helping project teams maintain focus on the Owner’s cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
