Jalen combines a strong construction education with a structured, analytical approach to program management. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Tech. As a Georgia Tech football student-athlete and ACC All-Academic honoree, he learned to balance demanding commitments while maintaining a high standard of preparation, discipline, and accountability.

That student-athlete experience continues to shape Jalen’s approach to teamwork. He understands how individual responsibilities contribute to team performance and works effectively with Owners, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep people aligned around shared objectives. At CPS, Jalen supports detailed planning, project controls, and close monitoring of project performance. Colleagues know him as a consummate professional—prepared, dependable, and thoughtful in how he communicates and approaches his work. His disciplined approach helps teams turn project information into timely action while maintaining focus on budget, schedule, quality, and the Owner’s priorities.
