Rebecca brings more than 20 years of experience in construction management, preconstruction, estimating, and project delivery. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University and is a LEED Accredited Professional with a Building Design + Construction specialty. Her well-rounded experience gives her a strong understanding of projects from early cost development and constructability review through procurement, construction, and closeout.

Rebecca is exceptionally detail-oriented and approaches every decision with a clear commitment to doing what is right for the Owner. She understands how early design decisions affect cost, constructability, procurement, and execution in the field. At CPS, Rebecca brings rigor to budgets and estimates, identifies scope gaps and potential risks, and helps project teams make well-informed decisions. Her practical construction knowledge and Owner-focused mindset help keep projects accountable and aligned with each client’s goals.
