Vice President, Business Development & Marketing

Megan Kocikowski

Megan brings more than two decades of experience in construction management, strategic planning, and program leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Tech and graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University. As a Principal, she leads major civic, justice, and education programs, guiding her teams through complex decisions while keeping delivery aligned with each Owner’s priorities. Her approach is shaped by more than ten years representing the State of Georgia as an Owner, giving her firsthand insight into the accountability, judgment, and responsiveness clients expect from their program management partners.

Beyond her leadership of individual programs, Megan works with CPS leadership to shape pursuit strategy and ensure the firm’s growth remains aligned with its vision and strengths. She leads CPS’s marketing and branding efforts, develops and maintains key client relationships, and stays closely connected to the industry to anticipate changing needs and market trends. As CPS grows, Megan also helps strengthen consistent project delivery practices across the firm, bringing together strategy, client insight, and operational experience to support both successful projects and the company’s long-term direction.
