The Concourse E Central Utility Plant (ECUP) Upgrades project at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport modernized critical utility infrastructure supporting a major international concourse. With approximately 12,300 tons of chilled water capacity, ECUP plays a vital role in passenger comfort and uninterrupted airport operations.
CPS provided program management services across planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and owner transition. The team managed complex mechanical and electrical upgrades, capacity expansions, phased construction, outage planning, and stakeholder coordination within an active, 24/7 airport environment.
