Adult Detention Center

CPS has provided ongoing program management support for multiple projects at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, helping guide improvements to one of the County’s most critical public safety facilities. The projects have focused on addressing capacity, modernizing operations, enhancing safety, and supporting the needs of the Sheriff’s Office. CPS’s work has included program support for a new housing tower, work release center, visitation center, renovations, and other detention improvements. These projects required careful coordination within an active, secure facility while maintaining daily operations. Through this ongoing partnership, CPS has helped Cobb County advance a complex improvement program that strengthens facility functionality, operational efficiency, and long-term public safety.
