Our Lady of Assumption School, Rectory, and Office Improvements

The Our Lady of the Assumption (OLA) Catholic Parish and School Expansion project is a 20,000 SF addition and 30,000 SF renovation delivered through CPS program management services to support the Parish’s growth and expanding educational needs. The project added state-of-the-art STEM labs, classrooms, a commercial kitchen and dining facility serving 600 students daily, and included construction of a new rectory for six priests and conversion of the existing rectory into church offices. CPS coordinated with Parish leadership, school administrators, design teams, and project partners to align program needs, operational requirements, and successful project delivery. The expanded campus enhances educational opportunities, supports parish operations, and provides flexible facilities to serve the growing OLA community for years to come.
