The Georgia Municipal Association Headquarters Expansion transformed GMA’s downtown Atlanta campus into a modern, connected environment supporting its statewide mission. The project included a new four-story headquarters building with office, meeting, and conference space; renovation of the historic headquarters; a five-level parking deck with 146 spaces; and outdoor courtyard and rooftop terrace spaces.
CPS provided program management services, helping guide the delivery of this complex urban project to support GMA’s growth, member engagement, and continued service to cities across Georgia.
