Fayetteville City Hall

The City of Fayetteville’s new City Hall is a two-story, 34,000 SF civic facility delivered through CPS program management services to create a modern center for municipal operations and community engagement. The project features an adjacent 8-acre public park with a pond, picnic pavilion, concrete stream, splash pad, dog park, and a children’s playground with a rock-climbing wall, log scramble, swings, and tot lot. CPS coordinated project delivery with City leadership, stakeholders, and a separate private renovation project on the former bus barn and gym site to align schedules and site improvements. The new City Hall and surrounding park create a vibrant civic destination that enhances public services, community connection, and quality of life for Fayetteville residents.
