Newnan Fire Station No. 4

The City of Newnan’s Fire Station No. 4 is a 7,347 SF, 2-bay facility delivered through CPS program management services to support the City’s public safety operations and growing community needs. The station provides 24-hour staffing for one engine and features high-tech firefighter equipment storage, bunk areas, common spaces, and a dedicated fitness area designed to support daily operations and firefighter readiness. CPS coordinated with City leadership, project partners, and stakeholders to align operational requirements, project goals, and successful delivery. The new facility enhances emergency response capabilities, improves the working environment for first responders, and strengthens the City’s commitment to community safety and service.
