CJ Smith Park + Lynch Park

The CJ Smith and Lynch Parks Improvements are community recreation projects delivered through CPS program management services for the City of Newnan. CJ Smith Park is a 12-acre community destination featuring more than 30,000 square feet of rideable terrain, a skatepark-pump track, playground, splash pad, restrooms, plaza, and pavilion. Lynch Park improvements included a new restroom facility, artificial turf installation, lighting upgrades, and enhancements to existing recreational amenities, including athletic fields, pool, playground, and pavilion spaces. CPS provided comprehensive program management services, coordinating with the City and project partners to deliver improved recreational facilities that support community wellness, engagement, and year-round activities.
