15th Street Parking Deck + Infrastructure Improvements

The Augusta University Health Sciences Campus Parking Deck is a five-story, 1,350-space parking facility developed to improve access, safety, and mobility while supporting the university’s continued growth. The structure features enhanced security systems, access controls, EV charging infrastructure, real-time parking availability technology, and flexible infrastructure for future expansion. CPS provided comprehensive program management services, coordinating with Augusta University, the Board of Regents, and project partners to align operational needs, project goals, and delivery requirements. The new parking deck strengthens campus infrastructure, supports future growth across the Health Sciences Campus, and enhances the daily experience for thousands of students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
