The Summit | First Year Student Housing

The Kennesaw State University Freshman Housing project is a 110,000 SF residence hall that added more than 500 beds to the university’s main campus to support growing enrollment and strengthen campus life. The facility features two- and four-bedroom suites, study spaces, student lounges, and a grab-and-go market designed to foster community and collaboration. CPS provided comprehensive program management services, overseeing the fast-paced delivery of the project while coordinating with university stakeholders to meet schedule, budget, and operational goals. The new residence hall expands on-campus housing capacity, enhances the first-year student experience, and supports student engagement and retention.
