Hyundai Mobility Training Center of Georgia

CPS provided complete program management services for the Hyundai Mobility Training Center of Georgia which is a state-of-the-art, 90,000-square-foot workforce training powerhouse located adjacent to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Bryan County. This landmark facility stands at the center of Georgia’s ongoing commitment to workforce excellence, economic mobility, and global competitiveness, supporting the state’s largest economic development project to date.

Developed in partnership with the Technical College System of Georgia and Georgia Quick Start, which is the nation’s top-ranked customized workforce training system, the center equips Georgians with cutting-edge skills needed for high-demand careers in the electric vehicle and advanced manufacturing sectors. CPS’s leadership ensured a seamless delivery process aligned with GSFIC standards, Quick Start’s programmatic vision, and Hyundai’s rigorous operational requirements.

Designed to mirror modern automotive and EV production environments, the HMTCG integrates best-in-class technologies and hands-on learning spaces, including robotics and mechatronics labs that replicate real manufacturing processes, EV battery safety training labs for next-generation vehicle systems, and advanced automotive technology suites that support both maintenance and production training. The facility also features modular, flexible learning environments that can adapt to evolving industry needs, along with specialized simulation and instructional spaces that enhance workforce readiness. These features position the center as a premier pipeline for talent, which will prepare thousands of Georgians annually to support Hyundai Motor Group and its suppliers.

As program manager, CPS coordinated all phases of development from early planning and stakeholder alignment through design, construction, and operational readiness. CPS ensured the project met Quick Start’s programmatic goals, adhered to GSFIC delivery requirements, and supported Hyundai’s accelerated production schedule.

With more than 8,000 jobs tied to HMGMA and continued economic growth projected statewide, the Hyundai Mobility Training Center will serve as a cornerstone of Georgia’s training infrastructure for years to come. CPS is proud to have played a role in delivering this high-impact facility one that empowers residents, supports industry, and accelerates Georgia’s leadership in the future of mobility.
