Pooler Training Center

The expansion of the Georgia Quick Start Pooler Training Center represents a strategic and forward-looking investment in Georgia’s workforce infrastructure, advancing the state’s ability to train talent for rapidly growing advanced manufacturing and electric vehicle (EV) industries. Conceived as a standalone facility adjacent to the existing Quick Start Advanced Manufacturing Training Center (AMTC), the project introduces 17,100 square feet of new instructional space designed to extend and enhance the capabilities of the current center while preparing Georgia’s workforce for the next generation of industrial technologies.

Purposefully aligned with the established instructional framework of AMTC, the expanded facility houses an additional classroom, three technical laboratories, conference space, dedicated loading dock, and is anchored by a high-bay flexible and multipurpose space. These environments mirror the training functions that have made the original center a national model while allowing for flexibility as new employer needs emerge. The facility’s design draws directly from Quick Start’s proven instructional methodologies, ensuring that the expanded campus can scale quickly and efficiently without compromising quality, responsiveness, or innovation. As additional manufacturing and EV-related companies enter the region, the adaptable nature of the facility will support specialized training requirements aligned with industry-specific technologies and production processes.

The Pooler Training Center expansion strengthens Georgia Quick Start’s position as the nation’s premier workforce training program. As the state continues to attract major EV and advanced manufacturing employers, the expanded facility ensures that training capacity grows in step with statewide economic development, enabling Quick Start to deliver sophisticated, industry-aligned training at a critical moment in Georgia’s industrial evolution.

Comprehensive Program Services (CPS) provided full program management services for this significant initiative, guiding the project from early planning through design coordination, construction oversight, FF&E integration, and final delivery. CPS’s leadership focuses on aligning the project with Quick Start’s instructional mission, managing complex stakeholder communications, and maintaining disciplined oversight of schedule, budget, and quality. Through careful coordination across design, engineering, and construction partners, CPS ensured that the Pooler expansion integrates seamlessly into the broader training campus and supports Quick Start’s long-term vision for a modern, future-ready workforce.
