One of our goals at CPS when working on any public sector project is to help build a community that will thrive into the future. CPS managed the development of a 41,000 sf, $9.8 M Public Safety Facility for the City of Newnan, which houses the City’s Police Department as well as their Municipal Court. Spaces within the building include a 160-person courtroom, state-of-the-art dispatch area, evidence laboratory, high-density evidence storage, multipurpose training rooms, fitness center, holding cells, and interview rooms. This facility aids Newnan in providing outstanding service to the community.
