With a career spanning over 20 years and 19 years with Comprehensive Program Services, Todd Butler has experience with ground up construction, facility and system expansions and interior tenant build outs. Todd provides exceptional leadership and control to programs and has an astute business acumen that drives results. Todd holds an MBA from Georgia State University and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He has an extensive aviation facility management and construction background and showcases this experience at the world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Todd has extensive experience as a strategic advisor and an “owners advocate”, overseeing the scheduling and successful completion of more than $1 billion worth of construction. Todd truly has a deep understanding of his clients’ systems and operations necessary to streamline the design and construction of projects.
