Steve has more than 25 years of experience managing construction, maintenance, operations and utility systems. Having served in the military as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer, Steve approaches projects with the Owner’s best interest in mind. He proactively determines the correct course of action and project direction at every juncture, while still maintaining budget and schedule. Steve has an engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy, a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Georgia. His portfolio of projects includes a healthcare surgical suite, flight simulator facility, Naval command center, and an emergency electrical sub-station replacement. Throughout his career, Steve has built a solid reputation for disciplined project delivery.
