His academic background, combined with professional experience in business development and construction management, has provided him with strong skills in organization, communication, and strategic problem-solving.

Joseph currently serves as an Assistant Program Manager, providing support in project planning, coordination, and execution. His background includes experience as a Business Development Analyst, where he strengthened his expertise in client engagement and market strategy, as well as a Project Superintendent, where he oversaw daily construction operations and ensured projects were delivered on schedule and to quality standards.
