Joeseph deJunco
Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. His academic foundation, paired with over 14 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Navy and private sector consulting, has equipped him with strong skills in strategic planning, technical operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Joseph currently serves as a Program Manager at CPS, where he supports complex project planning, coordination, and execution. His background includes serving as a Naval Flight Officer and Mission Commander, as well as a Senior Associate at PwC, where he led high-impact initiatives across the aerospace, defense, and medical sectors. His ability to align diverse teams, manage technical interdependencies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders makes him a valuable asset to every project he supports.
