John Smith
John has more than 30 years of experience managing complex construction and capital programs across public, educational, and secure facilities. He began his career as a college intern with his uncle’s construction firm, where early exposure to the design and construction process sparked a lasting interest in program and construction management. Since then, John has spent his career guiding projects from planning through completion, always approaching each assignment with the Owner’s best interest in mind.
John is especially skilled at helping stakeholders navigate the design and construction process, transforming early conceptual ideas into fully realized projects while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality. His portfolio includes judicial facilities, higher education science and engineering buildings, classified office and test hangar projects supporting the B-21 program, large-scale K–12 modernization efforts, and district-wide SPLOST programs. Throughout his career, John has built a reputation for steady leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, and disciplined project delivery.

Strong communication starts with listening—because representing the owner well starts with understanding their goals and definition of success. As a Program Manager, I translate my clients priorities into clear expectations for the project team and keep communication between all stakeholders consistent from planning through closeout.
