VICE PRESIDENT

Megan Kocikowski

Having graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University, Megan brings a wealth of experience in planning, budgeting, and strategic thinking to all CPS projects. She received her master’s degree in Building Construction at the Georgia Institute of Technology and has been in the industry for 15 years, focusing on government and higher education projects. She is particularly suited for representation of Owners in their construction and renovation projects, having served as an Owner for the State of Georgia for over a decade. Her detail-oriented approach and leadership helps clients make thoughtful decisions to ensure their projects meet their needs not only at initial occupancy, but for years after. She currently serves as a member of the CMAA South Atlantic Chapter Foundation Board.

SATISFIED CLIENTS

What motivates me is talking to satisfied clients, not days after they moved into their facility while everything is new and the paint is still fresh, but years down the road when they know that the decisions we advised them on resulted in long-term functionality and enjoyment.
