Newnan Historic Municipal Building Renovation & Fire Station
Originally constructed in 1939, this project included the renovation of two distinct structures to operate as one facility. United with a two-story glass enclosure, this rehabilitated facility now serves multiple functions for the City of Newnan. The building has an auditorium, conference space and municipal offices. Additionally, the building provides much needed space for the fire department in their service to Newnan’s downtown area. The fire station space contains a kitchen and living quarters, a gym, a modern fire slide, and two fire apparatus bays.
